Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wedding Photography Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and helping our business grow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the wedding industry, a strong sales background, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new clients through various channels, including social media, wedding expos, and referrals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Client Consultations: Conduct initial consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable photography and videography packages.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, venues, and other industry professionals.
Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, bookings, and ensure smooth onboarding for clients.
Market Research: Stay updated on wedding trends and competitor offerings to keep our services competitive.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wedding or event industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the wedding industry and storytelling through photography/videography.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
